TONIGHT: Southbound Lane Closure And Exit 210 Ramp Opening For Yarrington Road

AUSTIN –Final construction work on the new northbound Yarrington Road exit 210 ramp between San Marcos and Kyle will begin Thursday night, July 6 through Friday morning, July 7.

Work will take place between the overnight hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. (subject to change).

On Thursday night, crews will close the southbound outside lane between Burleson Street and Old US 81 to complete construction.

On Friday morning, crews will open the new northbound Yarrington Road exit 210 ramp located 1.6 miles south of Yarrington Road.

The existing exit north of RM 150 will be permanently closed to traffic.

This ramp reversal project from the Blanco River to RM 150 switches traffic onto three new northbound ramps and permanently closes two existing ramps to better accommodate the flow of traffic.

Work on the $9 million project is expected to continue throughout the summer, weather permitting. The contractor is Angel Brother Enterprises.
