Two men on Hays County Most Wanted list arrested

HAYS COUNTY — On January 31, 2022, the Hays County Crime Stoppers received information that one of the persons on the Hays County Most Wanted list was in New Braunfels, Texas.

Within hours Hays County Sheriff’s deputies had Ralph Rodriguez in custody on a warrant for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle Causing Death. Sheriff Gary Cutler extends his heartfelt gratitude to the anonymous caller who provided this information.

Crime Stoppers is the epitome of community law enforcement. Sheriff Cutler would also remind everyone that tips such as this one could earn up to $1,000 in reward money, is completely anonymous, and protected by law from even court discovery.

In addition to the above subject, another person on the Hays County Most Wanted list, Darren Burke, turned himself in on a warrant for Unlawful Possession of Fiream by Felon on the same day.
