UPDATE: Kyle Fugitive

October 10, 2015 –3:00 p.m.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., Officers with the Hays County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested the subject who escaped late yesterday afternoon in the area of Keystone Loop in Kyle Texas. He was found in the area in the company of a female who was also arrested.
The subject is identified as: Justin Alan Carroll White/Male, 26 Years of age. He was arrested for the following: Violation of Parole (original warrant) Evading Arrest Escape.
The second subject is identified as: Monique Carmona, White/Female, 25 years of age. She was arrested for the following: Fail to Appear (Public Lewdness) – warrant and Harboring a Fugitive.
Hays County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the community for their assistance in apprehending this fugitive.
