Variety – the Children’s Charity of Texas is proud to announce a bike presentation for one of our Heart of Variety grant recipients in partnership with EVO Entertainment.

The Heart of Variety Fund assists with financial aid for families with children with disabilities.

“We are so grateful to the Variety organization and all of the donors that have played a part in providing this beautiful adapted bicycle for our daughter Rory Lynn. She was all smiles when it arrived last week and was able to go for her first ride! Rory loves to move as best she is physically able and this will allow her that independence,” said Rory Lynn’s family. “Thank you again, we are so excited and hopeful for all of the family bike rides ahead!”

“We are so thankful to our donors and sponsors for making this grant possible. We are especially grateful for our special partnership with EVO Entertainment,” said a representative for Variety.

“There’s no feeling of freedom like being a child riding a bike for the first time, and unfortunately, many children with disabilities are unable to experience that feeling. Through their incredible adaptive bicycle program, and partnerships with both our company and others within the entertainment industry as a whole, Variety is able to help bridge the gap and bring that feeling to life for so many of these amazing children and their families. Seeing the confidence, and joy in the faces of these young children when they ride their bikes for the first time is a feeling you’ll never forget, and we’re so incredibly humbled and honored to be able to be a part of these beautiful moments.”  – Mitchell Roberts, President & CEO of EVO Entertainment Group.
