2. Online – submit the online comment form found at https://www.hayscisd.net/boardcomment. Comments must be submitted between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon on the day of this meeting. All such comments will be made available to all Board Members prior to this meeting.

HAVE A PUBLIC COMMENT? MEETINGS ARE NOW BEING HELD IN PERSON.
The City Council provides a public comment period during their regular meetings. A Citizen or a member of the audience may comment on a non-agenda-related topic.

1. Comments will be taken from the audience on non-agenda topics for a length of time not to exceed three (3) minutes per person or five (5) minutes per group.
2. Complete and submit a Comment Form in its entirety to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
3. A separate form must be completed for each subject matter, agenda item, or other items to be addressed.
4. To distribute supporting documents or other information to the Council, the document and/or information must be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
5. FORMS OR INFORMATION FOR DISTRIBUTION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE MEETING STARTS.
