Road Construction Projects affecting San Marcos traffic October 16 – 22, 2016

LOOP 82/AQUARENA SPRINGS: Contractors will be working on the Loop 82/Aquarena Springs RR overpass and will be shifting traffic lanes to the north side of the roadway to allow construction of retaining walls, foundations and substructure. Four traffic lanes will remain open. Laurel Lane, on the north side of the roadway, and the driveways on the south side, entering the Texas State stadium parking lot will become a right in and right out only configuration. JACKSON LANE: A mill and overlay project will begin on Jackson Lane on October 5 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily, weather permitting, for the exception of Saturday and Sunday. Please obey construction warning signs and flaggers and be observant of heavy equipment and workers on the street. The project will last 4 to 6 weeks, weather permitting.
