What’s in the new voting restriction legislation introduced in the Texas House and Senate

Currently, poll watchers are entitled to sit or stand “conveniently near” election workers, and it is a criminal offense to prevent them from observing.

  • SB 1 and HB 3 is going to impact the next Saul Gonzales bid for office. Finally, we will have a clean race at the municipal level. We all know how many years Saul has used this to garner his votes. Its shamefully unethical. Ha Ha Ha. And, its Saul not Saaaauuuuuul.
