During Monday’s Hays CISD Board of Trustee’s Regular Meeting they will be discussion and the possible approval of; Band Instruments $500k, raising price for school lunches and “commissioning services” for High School #3, Elementary School #14 and Elementary School #15.

Per Board Policy BE all items listed as consent items are considered to be routine by the Board and shall be enacted with one motion. There shall be no separate discussion unless a Board member so requests, in which event the item shall be removed as a consent item and considered as an individual item on the regular agenda.

To use $502,617.55 from the General Operating fund Balance and 2014 Construction Bond Fund-FF&E for McCormick Middle School.

1. Consideration of and possible approval of addition of positions and release of specific positions.
2. Consideration and possible approval of commissioning services for High School #3, Elementary School #14 and Elementary School #15.
