The Most Expensive
–Austin, TX saw rent grow $10 to $1,190 but remain the priciest city in the metro.
–Georgetown, TX was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,150.
–Buda, TX moved up 2 spots to rank in the top 3 markets with rent growing $50 to $1,120.
The Least Expensive
–San Marcos, TX rent climbed $10 to $890 but remained the most affordable.
–Wells Branch, TX ranked as third with rent at $930.
–Jollyville, TX remained the third least expensive city with rent at $970.
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Buda, TX had the largest year over year rental growth rate, up 14.3%.
