Each month vendors and participants enjoy a wide array of items such as traditional furniture, clothing and household items to food, custom artwork, plants, one-of-a-kind creations, unique junk, and more.

Admission is free and open to all. The Center also offers a variety of drinks for purchase including coffee, soft drinks and water.

“Every market brings an interesting mix of booths, regular and new shoppers, and lots of great conversation,” said Clay DeStefano executive director.

Interested in participating? Be sure to mention that you’re an artist or maker to receive a discount. 4th Flea booths are available, welcomed and encouraged for both private and retail vendors. Multi-family booths welcome.

Vendors pay $20 for outdoor booths and $30 for indoor booths. Participants will need to bring their own tents, tables and necessary display equipment. Set up is from 8-9 a.m. on the day of the event.

A limited number of ‘6 tables are available for rent at $10 each.

Proceeds from booth rentals benefit the Price Center, which is operated by the Greater San Marcos Area Seniors Association (GSMASA), a 501 (c) 3 non-profit.
