Gary Job Corps Donates To SMYC School Supply Drive 2018

“We will always assist in any way we can, the young men and women are truly the most in need and we appreciate the staff at the San Marcos Youth Council…” Patty Lankford, Gary Job Corps Center Director, said.

The Gary Job Corps students and staff have for over 20 years supported the San Marcos Youth Council through many projects.

These project include fundraising for the annual school supply drives, purchasing Christmas presents for the children, raising funds for Thanksgiving supplies,  cookies/cards for the Christmas, Valentines, and Thanksgiving season, and students assisting at projects for the SMYC.

Patty Lankford, Gary Job Corps Center Director, stated, “We will always assist in any way we can, the young men and women are truly the most in need and we appreciate the staff at the San Marcos Youth Council with all the work they do. Their needs are our needs.”
