Attorney General Paxton will discuss the key issues of a lawsuit filed by Texas and 23 other state or state agencies against the Obama administration’s so-called Clean Power Plan in this panel hosted by the Texas Public Policy Foundation. The U.S. Supreme Court halted the plan in February,and oral arguments in the case will be presented September 27th in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
