The scheduled public hearings for the Zoning and MUD Consent Agreement related to the Colony at Cole Springs Development (case numbers DA 19-01 and Z 20-01) have been canceled.

The public hearings had been scheduled during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on Jan. 28 and during the City Council meeting on Feb. 4.

The hearings will be re-notified and the public will be notified when the new dates have been set.

If you would like to know more about the project, the developers for the Colony at Cole Springs Development are doing a presentation before City Council during a workshop at the Feb. 4 council meeting.

The workshop starts at 5:30 PM in City Council Chambers.
