CASA Of Central Texas To Participate In Amplify Austin Day Of Online Giving

On February 28, the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Central Texas will participate in the 7th Annual Community-wide Day of Online Giving.

Amplify Austin is a 24-hour fundraising event, which helps raise money for local nonprofit organizations throughout the Austin Metro area.

With the help of 97 “incredible donors, CASA of Central Texas was able to raise $11,294 in just 24 hours in 2018. This year, the organization hopes to raise $15,000.

“We believe that every child deserves the same opportunity…by celebrating and uplifting the Power of Voices for Children,” says CASA of Central Texas.

Amplify Austin will kick off at 6:00 PM on Feb. 28 and close at 6:00 PM on March 1. Donations can be made here, and those interested in giving can find all of the organizations participating in this year’s event on Amplify Austin’s website.

Amplify Austin is a one of I Live Here I Give HereTM “several programs designed to help locals find the issues they care about and take action to be part of the solution.”

I Live Here I Give Here, a non-profit organization established in 2007, aims to make Austin the most general community in the nation.

“We believe that we can build a more united, more prosperous Austin for all when we give together as a community,” says I Live Here I Give Here.

The organization’s program include Amplify Austin, See Jane Give, Give Back Jack, Giving Tuesday, and the Board Internship Program.

Join the community on Feb. 28 and March 1 in donating to CASA of Central Texas and other nonprofit organizations and helping them to continue the work they do.
