Dripping Springs City Council Will Be Considering Suspending Proposed Gas Rate Adjustment

 

Dripping Springs City Council will be Considering and Possible Action on suspending the proposed Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program Interim Rate Adjustment of Texas Gas Service Company, a Division of ONE Gas, Inc.

Here’s a couple of items the council will be discussing during Executive Session

A.      Consultation with City Attorney regarding the Proposed Settlement Agreement between the City of Dripping Springs, the City of Austin and other Parties regarding Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. WQ001448803

D.      Personnel Matters to discuss appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee: Code Enforcement Manager, Building Permit Coordinator and Land Planner.

 

Consider and Possible Action on:

A.      Ordinance No. 1790.03: An Ordinance of the City of Dripping Springs, Texas  —  Suspending the Proposed Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program Interim Rate Adjustment of Texas Gas Service Company, a Division of ONE Gas, Inc.

C.      Discuss and consider  —  Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce’s Assignment of Hotel Occupancy Tax Grant Agreement between the City of Dripping Spring and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce to the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau.
