E3 Alliance Hosts Community-Based Dialogues On Student Success, Post-High School Careers

SAN MARCOS – E3 Alliance, in partnership with Texas State University, the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District and other organizations in Hays County, will host two community-based conversations, “Pathways to Prosperity: What is Needed for a Successful Career?” on April 4 and April 11.

The events will be held at the San Marcos Activity Center, 501 E Hopkins St. Dinner will be provided at 6 PM with the the dialogue following from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Childcare and translation services are available on request. The events are free and open to the public.

The dialogue sessions will provide a way to engage with the San Marcos/Hays County community about how educational outcomes affect the Central Texas economy and how to address factors that limit student success.

Participants include parents, high school and college students; neighbors, secondary educators, secondary and postsecondary faculty; staff and administration; local government and businesses; organizations; and other stakeholders.
