The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) recently cited Supplyside USA, an Ohio pallet manufacturer, for violations related to machine safety following a serious injury to one of its employees. OSHA alleges the company violated 11 regulations and is to pay $91,832 in proposed penalties.

Supplyside USA (Prime Woodcraft, Inc.) is permitted 15 business days from the receipt of its citations and proposed penalties to pay the penalty and comply with the citation’s directives, schedule an informal conference with OSHA’s Area Director, or contest the findings in front of the independent Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission.
