Tickets Still Available For Golden Sweetheart’s Ball

The evening will include an elegant dance with music by Sound Experience and a wonderful catered dinner.

The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the 19th annual Golden Sweetheart’s Ball for couples and singles age 50 and above in San Marcos and surrounding communities.

This semi-formal event will be held on Friday, Feb. 9 from 6-10 p.m. at the San Marcos Activity Center, 501 E. Hopkins.

The evening will include an elegant dance with music by Sound Experience and a wonderful catered dinner.  Dinner will be served buffet style at 7 p.m. Door prizes will also be given away throughout the evening.

Reserve your spot now by visiting the  Parks and Recreation Main Office, located at 401 E. Hopkins or the San Marcos Activity Center at 501 E. Hopkins. Registrations can also be completed online by visiting www.sanmarcostx.gov/activeSMTX and searching “Golden” or by phone at 512.393.8400. Tickets are $20 per person and are available until Wednesday, Feb. 7.  All sales are final, and seating is limited.
