Fight At Rooftop Bar In San Marcos Results In One Arrest

Early Wednesday morning, the San Marcos Police Department dispatched officers to the Rooftop Bar after witnesses say a man fired a gun inside the establishment.

SMPD identified the suspect as 22-year-old Tre’shaun Campbell. Security camera video shows a fight between Campbell and several other people. Campbell is then seen pulling out a pistol and firing one shot into the air, stopping the fight.

No one was injured during the altercation. Campbell is being charged with one count of unlawfully carrying of firearm on a premises allowed to sell alcoholic beverages, a third 3rd-degree felony.
