Hays County Clerk’s Office Announces Upcoming Closure Of Substations

Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – The Hays County Clerk’s substations in Dripping Springs, Kyle, and Wimberley will be closed Tuesday, February 19.

“Hays County has added an additional court-at-law to accommodate the population growth, and when all three courts have jury selection days, we need to bring our substation clerks in to support them,” County Clerk Elaine Cardenas said. “The substations will reopen Wednesday, February 20, at their regular times.”

The Hays County Commissioners Court appointed Judge Tacie Zelhart to County-Court-At-Law #3 bench last year.

The main office at the Hays County Government Center will be open during its regular hours on February 19, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Government Center is located at 712 S. Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos.
