HAYS COUNTY — On the morning of Wednesday, August 25, members of the United States Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Olegario “Moses” Eliseo Ochoa (dob: 02/04/1990) who had an active warrant for the offense of Murder issued by the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.
Olegario Ochoa was one of multiple subjects wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a convenience store located in the 700 block of High Road on 11/02/2020.
The shooting resulted in the death of 16-year-old Dovavin Sepulveda. The two other subjects Roberto Ochoa (dob: 08/04/1989) and Ricardo Najar (dob: 12/08/1988) were already in custody at the Hays County Jail.
