The company’s new service is one of a series of strategic investments in technology and partnership that H-E-B has been pushing to enhance its digital offerings in Texas.

Staff Reports

On June 29, H-E-B announced that shoppers can have beer and wine delivered with their groceries through Favor, the Austin-based on-demand delivery company.

The announcement came just in time for the Fourth of July; Favor began rolling out its new service in over 30 cities with free delivery on beer and wine orders this summer through Labor Day.

The service launched across the greater areas of San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and Houston.

H-E-B bought Favor in February 2018. The company’s new service is one of a series of strategic investments in technology and partnership that H-E-B has been pushing to enhance its digital offerings in Texas.
