Movies In Your Park Continues With ‘Sing’

The Parks and Recreation Department works to provide the citizens and visitors of San Marcos the highest level of programs, parks, facilities, and services that will positively enhance our vision of the community.


The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department will show “Sing” for the next installment of Movies in Your Park on Tuesday, July 10 at San Marcos Plaza Park, 201 N. C M Allen Pkwy.

Pre-movie activities hosted by Angel Drops, Texas Health & Racquet Club, and other community organizations begin at 7:30 p.m. followed by the movie at 8:45 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Concessions will be available for purchase from the Association of Recreation Enthusiasts, and Kona Ice will be on site selling snow cones.

This year’s remaining movies are:

  • July 17 – “Lilo & Stitch”
  • July 24 – “Toy Story”
  • July 31 – “Coco”
  • Aug. 7 – “Space Jam”
