Kyle P&Z To Hear CUP Request From ‘Idea Public Schools’, Kyle’s New Charter School

This week’s City of Kyle Planning & Zoning Commission will hear a request by Idea Public Schools Larkin Tackett for a conditional use permit to construct an approximately 74,819 square foot building located at the northeast corner of Goforth Road and Bluestem Street.

ZONING

  • Request by FM 158 Land, Ltd for rezoning from Entertainment District ‘E’ to Warehouse District ‘W’ for property located at 24801 N. IH-35.

CONSIDER & POSSIBLE ACTION

  • Request by Idea Public Schools, Larkin Tackett for a conditional use permit to construct an approximately 74,819 square foot building located at the northeast corner of Goforth Road and Bluestem Street.

 

  • Request by Texas Property Works, LP to repaint the exterior of an 2,535 square foot building within the Center Street Overlay District located at 607 W. Center Street.

 

  • Request by William R. Holms for a conditional use permit to construct 3 buildings (A, B & C) = 39,680 square feet and a future building (D) = 67,784 square feet for property within the I-35 Overlay District located at 19580 IH-35 S.
