San Marcos P&Z To Hear Rezoning Requests For Student Housing On Lindsey & North Street’s

Hold a public hearing and consider a request for a SmartCode Warrant to allow the use of Purpose Built Student Housing in a T5, SmartCode Zoning District located at 323 Lindsey Street and 410 North Street.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

  • Consider a request by Lindsey Gentry, on behalf of Cheer and Chow, for a renewal of an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow the continued sale of beer and wine for  on-premise consumption at 700 North LBJ Drive, Suite 102B.

 

  • Hold a public hearing and consider three requests by Walton Development & Management (USA), Inc., on behalf of Walton Texas LP., for approximately 85.5 acres locate of Centerpoint Road

(a) A Preferred Scenario Amendment from Area of Stability and Medium Intensity to Employment Center 

(b) A Zoning Change from SmartCode-Special District (SC-SD) to Light Industrial

(c) A Zoning Change from SmartCode (SC) to Heavy Commercial (HC)

  • Hold a public hearing and consider requests by Jennifer M. Garcia on behalf of 417 North Comanche Partners, LLC, for approximately 0.212 acres located at 323 Lindsey Street within the J.M. Veramendi Survey Abstract No. 17, regarding the following matters each to be approved by separate motion:

(a) PSA-17-03 – A Preferred Scenario Amendment from Area of Stability to High Intensity

(b) ZC-17-13 – A Zoning Change from Multifamily (MF-24) to T5 Urban Center, SmartCode

 

  • Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Jennifer M. Garcia on behalf of 417 North Comanche Partners, LLC, and Robert Buckley, for a SmartCode Warrant to allow the use of Purpose Built Student Housing in a T5, SmartCode Zoning District located at 323 Lindsey Street and 410 North Street.

 

  • Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Gary Bellomy on behalf of Cheatham Street Flats LLC, for a SmartCode Warrant to allow the use of Purpose Built Student Housing in a T5, SmartCode Zoning District located at 421 South Guadalupe Street and 101 & 103 East Grove Street.

 

  • Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Homer Salazar to rezone approximately 0.11 acres located at 206 Lee Street from T5, Urban Center to Single Family (SF-6).
