UPDATE 11:55 AM: NWS has issued a flash flood warning for parts of Travis and Hays County until 3:00 PM this afternoon.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Austin, Kyle, Buda, Tanglewood Forest, Rollingwood, Onion Creek, Shady Hollow, Manchaca, Mountain City, Sunset Valley, San Leanna, Hays, Creedmoor And Mckinney Falls State Park.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 5 PM for Travis and Hays County.
The watch includes 14 Texas Counties in the Austin-San Antonio area including the cities of Austin, Bastrop, Blanco, Boerne, Floresville, Georgetown, Giddings, Gonzales, La Grange, Lockhart, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos and Seguin.
The following counties are included in the watch Bastrop, Bexar, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Fayette, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Lee, Travis, Williamson and Wilson.
