Phone, Online Utilities Billing Systems Offline this Weekend

The City of San Marcos utilities automated telephone system and online access to utility accounts will unavailable beginning Friday March 18 at 5 p.m. until Monday, March 21 for systems upgrades.

 

While the system is unavailable, customers can continue making payments at the San Marcos HEB Business Centers, Money Box or the City night drop box locations.

 

During this time, customer payment options will be limited. This upgrade will enhance the automated telephone and online payment functions, along with other daily operations.
