Police Seek Leads in Gas Station Robbery

San Marcos Police are searching for a suspect in an early-morning aggravated robbery at a local gas station.
 
On Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016 at approximately 12:30 a.m. the suspect entered the Exxon on the Run convenience store located at 2200 South IH-35, displayed a handgun to the cashier and made off with an undetermined amount of money.
 
Witnesses were not able to give police a physical description of the suspect, but surveillance images show a man wearing a dark-colored hoodie and dark pants. He is believed to have escaped in a light-colored passenger car.
