San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter ‘Pets Of The Week’

Every week, the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter selects the Pets of the Week to help animals find their forever homes.

Let us introduce you to Thor and Beans…

Meet Thor…

Thor is the total package! He is a six-month-old boy who loves taking long naps next to his human.

Once he’s built up his energy, he’ll play all day!

His foster family says he gets along with cats, dogs, and children.

If you are looking for a cat who will give you all the love and lots of laughs, Thor is your man.

Meet Beans…

This boy is a wiggly, happy soul! Beans is a three-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who loves treats and will patiently wait by your feet for his next snack.

He is potty trained and is working to walk nicely on a leash. Beans would be a great pup for any family looking for a fun and happy pup to take on adventures.

All adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter, kennel vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip and city license.

For more information or to adopt one of our Pets of the Week, visit www.sanmarcostx.gov/animaladoptions or contact Animal Services at (512) 805-2650.
