The Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a request for Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Application for a Mobile Food Vendor Court Located at 28911 RR 12.
The Commission will also discuss and consider approval of a replat from North Belterra Commercial and will also consider and possible approval of a request from Ridge at Ramsey Ranch Subdivision for a variance, waiver, special exception or alternative exterior design standards.
The Planning & Zoning Commission will be also be discussing recommendations of the language for stating motions and the preparation of proper minutes.
The City of Dripping Springs has does not list the Planning & Zoning Meeting Minutes on their website.
Additionally the city recently updated to a new website and they do not have minutes available for the City Council as well.
