TWC And Veteran’s Job Fair At Embassy Suites

Texas Workforce and Texas Veterans Commission partnered in holding a Job Fair at the San Marcos Embassy Suites and Conference Center.

 

In addition to Texas Workforce and Veterans, Texas State University was also conducting a Job and Career Fair, over 500 job and career seekers visited the two Job Fairs. 

 

Over 50 employers participated in the Veterans Job Fair and over 90 school districts were seeking teachers and employees through the Texas State University Career Fair. 

 

San Marcos Embassy Suites conducts a monthly job fair at the Conference Center, this was the first time that the Veterans Commission participated. 

 

The Gary Job Corps Color Guard opened up the Career Fair with a flag presentation and introductions made by Mike Crane, Business Services Manager, Workforce Solutions, kicking out the Job Fair.
