The Walker Texas Team from Keller Williams Realty recently hosted a successful food drive in San Marcos and Kyle. They sent out letters and dropped off bags for residents to fill up on October 20th.
They gathered 2,316 pounds in donations.
The team said, “It may be a lot of preparation and work, but it is totally worth it when you provide for so many families. A big thank you to all who donated in Hays County, all of Hays County Food Bank volunteers, and to our agents for orchestrating it all.”
The Hays County Food Bank is “passionately” committed to improving lives through food assistance programs, nutrition education and advocacy.
