Where Are The Hottest Housing Markets? Probably Near You!

Where are the hottest housing markets? Probably near you!

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Realtor.com) – Two Texas cities are among the 20 places nationally where “homes fly off the market the fastest, and buyers are up all hours, clicking on listings,” according to a new report from Realtor.com.

Midland ranked eighth and Dallas 12th on the site’s list of “hottest real estate markets” for last month, a list dominated by California, including Vallejo at number one.

But enough about California.

Check out our latest monthly housing reports for Midland and Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington to learn more about these markets.

You might also want to read our HoustonSan Antonio, and Austin housing reports while you’re at it.

Why? Because California-based online real estate investment management firm HomeUnion.com has put Katy (near Houston), Cross Mountain (near San Antonio), and Williamson (near Austin) on its list of best places to live based on schools and home prices.
