BREAKING: Local Law Enforcement Agencies Arrest Two San Marcos Men On Drug, Firearms Charges

During the early morning hours of Friday, June 9, 2017, Officers with the Hays County Narcotics Task Force, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team, San Marcos Police Department and the Hays County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant.

The residence was located at the 500 block of Martindale Road in San Marcos. Numerous weapons, prescription drugs and illegal drugs, to include cocaine, methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms, were seized during the raid.

The following subjects were arrested during this warrant execution:

Texas Ross Wiley, White Male, Date of Birth: 09/13/72 of San Marcos

  • Unlawful Possession of a Firearms by a Felon, 3 Counts, Felony 3
  • Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, 2 Counts, Felony 1
  • Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, 1 Count, Felony 2
    • Total Bond $120,000

Donald Wayne Harper, White Male, Date of Birth: 11/15/74 of San Marcos

  • Parole Violation
    • No Bond

Both were incarcerated in the Hays County Jail. Nothing further can be released at this time as this investigation continues.
