Officers utilized a drone to search the area surrounding the crash for the driver of the Chevrolet truck. The driver, 34-year-old Rodolfo Lopez Jr. of Buda, was located in a nearby parking lot and taken into custody by SMPD without incident. Lopez was arrested and has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and causing an Accident Involving Death.
