Those wishing to provide comments for the Public Forum portion of the board meeting should call 512.827.7365 to record comments and must be recorded by 3 PM on the day of the meeting. Written comments will no longer be read. Comments will be played during Public Forum in the order they were received.

NOTE: For agenda review, workshop, and special meetings, Public Forum comments will be heard only on posted agenda items. Before placing a call, please prepare remarks with consideration to the following guidelines:

1. After the phone greeting, you will hear a beep indicating that the recording has started.
2. State your name, spell your last name, and the agenda item you are addressing at the beginning of your comments. Comments received without a name will not be played.
3. For agenda review, workshop, and special meetings, comments must pertain to a posted agenda item.
4. Comments can be up to three minutes in length.
5. If comments involve a complaint regarding a district employee or student, the speaker shall refrain from mentioning the employee or student by name.
6. To issue a complaint, please call the Superintendent’s Executive Assistant at 512.858.3002.

1. In-person – Lehman High School Cafeteria, 1700 Lehman Road, Kyle, Texas.
2. On-Line – submit online comment form found at https://www.hayscisd.net/boardcomment. Comments must be submitted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon on the day of this meeting. All of such comments will be made available to all Board Members prior to this meeting.
