The Most Expensive
Austin was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,200.
Georgetown saw rent increase 0.9% to $1,150 and rank as the second priciest.
Cedar Park was third with rent at $1,130.

The Least Expensive
San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $930.
Round Rock was second with rent at $1,050.
Pflugerville ranked as the third least expensive with rent at $1,060.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
Kyle had the fastest growing rent, up 5.8% since this time last year.
Georgetown saw rent climb 4.5%, making it second.
San Marcos was third with rent increasing 3.3%.
