It’s official; the final votes have been cast for the Primary Run-Off Election. Polls closed at 7:00 PM, and the unofficial results are in. Well, almost in…

All Republicans will see the Justice 3rd Court of Appeals contest on their run-off ballots. While some districts will see a contest for U.S. Representative 21 and JP 4.

All Democrats will see both the Governor contest and State Representative 45 contest on their run-off ballots. Some will also see run-off contests for U.S. Representative 21 and 25.

Election polls throughout Hays County opened their doors at 7:00 AM this morning for the run-off election.

The 2018 Primary Election took place in March and left several party nominees tied for the November ballot. Early voting for the Primary Run-Off Election started May 14 and ended May 18.
