Every week, the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter selects the Pets of the Week to help animals find their forever homes.
Let us introduce you to Jamie and Madison…
Meet Jamie…
Photo Credit: Jennifer HayesJamie, a two-year-old Shephard mix, loves affection and happily accepts belly rubs. This 58-pound sweetie loves to run and run. Jamie is also quite playful and one of her favorite games is fetch!
This pretty girl also knows how to sit. Some simple training would help Jamie harness that energy and be a great dog for someone willing to shower her with the time and attention she deserves.
After more than 80 days in the shelter so far, she is ready to meet her new family!
Meet Madison…

enjoys hanging out and looking regal but will also engage in playing with toys when the mood strikes her. She’s looking for a home where her people spend every day adoring her and focusing all their love on her alone.
All adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter, kennel vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip and city license.
