San Marcos City Council To Hold Special Meeting For Executive Session Items

Tonight, the San Marcos City Council will hold a special meeting for two executive sessions items, which may not be presented in open court.

Council will meet behind closed doors to consult with the city attorney, receive a staff briefing and deliberate regarding Project Big Hat.

Following the consultation, presentation and discussion, the council may consider action, by motion, regarding Project Big Hat items, which were discussed.

According to the agenda, the meeting will not have a public comment period. Whether the council will consider action, by motion, in open court was not stated. City Council will convene there special meeting at 6:30 PM in the San Marcos City Council Chambers at City Hall.
