Austin was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,570.
Cedar Park was the next priciest with rent at $1,500.
Georgetown saw rent drop 5.2% to $1,470 and rank as third.

San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,060.
Round Rock was second with rent at $1,420.
Pflugerville saw rent increase 2.1% to $1,460 and rank as third.

Georgetown had the fastest growing rent, up 36.1% since this time last year.
Round Rock was second with rent climbing 35.2%.
Cedar Park ranked third with rent increasing 33.9%.
