DSHS Student Council Uses Social Media To Keep Students Connected
Dripping Springs Independent School District will wrap up its virtual spirit week today.
The Dripping Springs High School Student Council created the event to help the Tiger Nation stay connected while schools remain closed.
Students and their families were encouraged to share posts on social media on daily topics with the hashtag IamDSISDistance.
DSISD Virtual Spirit Week Schedule:
Monday, March 30:
“Motivation Monday” – Post a motivational quote or offer your best advice for staying positive through this had time.
Tuesday, March 31:
“Tik Tok Tuesday” – Post a video of you or your family doing your favorite Tik Tok dance – or make your own.
Wednesday, April 1:
“Workspace Wednesday” – Learning/working from home means you have to have a cool place to work; post it.
Thursday, April 2:
“Tacky Thursday” – Post a picture in your craziest outfit.
Friday, April 3:
“Family Fun Friday” – DSISD is one big family! Post a picture/video f your family doing something fun.
