San Marcos Rotary Club builds mini libraries for community

SAN MARCOS – October is Rotary Education and Basic Literacy Month. The Rotary Club of San Marcos is building mini libraries for the Community as part of a Rotary District project to install 100 of them in the region.
Rotary is nonprofit, nonpolitical, and nonreligious. The San Marcos club is 100 years old this year.
