This proposed Anthem Phase 1 Preliminary plan is a 234 lot subdivision across 95.96 acres off of FM 150 in Precinct 2. Out of the 234 total lots, 219 will be intended for Single Family Residences, 11 will be intended for Drainage/Utility Easement, and 4 lots will be intended for various other uses. Average lot size for all lots is 0.318 acres.

All residential lots will be served by the City of Kyle for water service and wastewater service.
