Austin was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,280.
Georgetown & Cedar Park were tied for the second priciest with rents both at $1,170.
Kyle was third with rent at $1,110.

The Least Expensive
San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $930.
Round Rock was second with rent at $1,040.
Pflugerville saw rent drop 0.9% to $1,060 and rank as the third least expensive.

Georgetown had the fastest-growing rent, up 8.3% since this time last year.
Kyle saw rent climb 7.8%, making it second.
Leander was third with rent increasing 3.8%.
