Another San Marcos Student Housing Complex Has Recently Changed Owners

Another San Marcos student housing complex has recently changed owners. The Reserve is a one, two, three and four bedroom units and comes fully furnished and is located on West Ave.

According to The Reserve’s website, their amenities include “Brand-new fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, fitness on demand studio, cyber lounge with individual study rooms, brand-new pet park and dog run, new volleyball court, new basketball court, stand-up tanning bed, and is on the bus route to Texas State.”

29th Street Capital (29SC) is the new owner with plans to invest roughly $1 million to upgrade the apartment interiors, exteriors and amenities.
