Breaking Update: Marijuana Grow Operation Suspect Turns Himself In

On January 31, 2018 at approximately 6:30 am, the Hays County Narcotics Task Force executed a felony search warrant at a residence located at the 11200 block of West Cave Blvd in Dripping Springs, Texas.

Hays County officials announced the second suspect in a Dripping Springs marijuana grow operation turned himself in early Monday morning.

An elaborate marijuana grow operation was discovered during the search. Hays County detectives seized approximately 150 marijuana plants, methamphetamine, and psilocybin mushrooms.

Tori Halenza, 21, was arrested at the residence last week. Hays County authorities announced they were searching for a second suspect, Justin Bourdon, in relation to the operation.

He had outstanding warrants for possession of marijuana 5 -50lbs, 3rd degree felony, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 1st degree felony, and possession of controlled substance psilocybin mushrooms, 3rd degree felony.

Bourdon turned himself in Monday around 4:00 a.m. to authorities. The case is still pending investigation and additional charges may be filed pending lab results.
