Emerald Homes Announce Grand Opening Of New Purgatory Creek Development

Emerald Homes will be holding an official grand opening planned for Thursday, October 22, and all are welcome to attend the open house festivities beginning at 5 PM – 7 PM.
The new development, Vista de Los Santos, is located across Purgatory Creek from Willow Creek along Summit Ridge, and accessed from the intersection of Wonder World and Craddock at 1319 Andaluca Drive.
Emerald Homes, a luxury home division of DR Horton, had a pre-opening three weeks ago, with seven homes currently under construction, and announced three out of the seven have currently sold.
According to their website, “Emerald Homes offers highly livable homes by combining luxury and function. We pride ourselves on skillful craftsmanship, elegant features and upgraded options that will enrich your unique home.”
The new Vista de Los Santos neighborhood is offering, “stunning views of surrounding hill country with open concept floor plans and detailed architectural design elements.”
According to the announcement, phase 1 consists of 27 lots and the development will offer 96 lots in total. These luxury style homes range from 2200 – 4200 sq. ft.
“These homes include executive level features and options that provide lower maintenance to accommodate the life styles of professionals, families, and retired individuals. A mixture of single story, one and a half, and two story homes are offered with 3 car garages, extensive back porches, balconies, and landscaping on 1/4 acre lots.
