In 2013, McCoy received the Luther DeBerry Award from the Texas Transportation Institute for his outstanding contributions to the State of Texas in the field of transportation.

Following the keynote speaker will be a panel of experts, who will discuss the role of San Marcos in regional mobility, what to expect in the next five years and how local leaders plan to tackle I-35, local congestion and the role of tech in mobility.

The event will take place on January 29, 2019, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the San Marcos Convention Center. This article will be updated when the chamber announces the names of the panelists.
