Live Oak Health Partner Welcomes New Doctor To Surgical Team
Live Oak Health Partners has plans to add additional physicians to its growing primary and multi-specialty care group in 2017
SAN MARCOS, TEXAS – Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP), the largest multi-specialty medical practice in Hays County, today announced that Dr. Bryan Hambric has joined their team. Hambric, a general surgeon, is now seeing patients at Live Oak’s specialty office located in San Marcos.
With more than 19 years of general surgery experience, Dr. Hambric recently practiced in Seguin and New Braunfels and has been extensively trained on the latest surgical technology, including the daVinci robotic-assisted system.
“I look forward to serving the greater San Marcos community, particularly when it comes to robotic surgery,” Hambric said. “I was very impressed that CTMC and Live Oak Health Partners are so focused on robotics and safety for patients–they’re ahead of the curve. They really got behind the daVinci robotic system early on, and they keep upgrading all the time.”

Hambric earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at The University of Texas at Southwestern. He has been married to his wife, Diane, for 21 years and has three children named Cole, Grant and Grace.
